![]() On closer inspection I found that the Norton VPN was still attempting to connect to it's server but repeatedly failing. The only thing that wasn't connecting were clients such as browsers. There was not a problem with my internet as evidenced by my other devices connecting just fine. The reinstall would fail because the installer could not find it's server. On reboot, It appeared that I had no internet connectivity since the browser could not reach any servers. Follow all the prompts including the reboot at the end. Go to applications and move Norton 360 to the trashcan.Ģ. When it became apparent that I would not be doing a remote session with anybody today, I figured I'd just do the uninstall/reinstall again as described:ġ. you know, the reinstall that I have already done twice. Now the bot wanted me to watch the video on how to do the re-install. When I did finally get into the queue I was inexplicably dumped out halfway through the wait. Good in theory, when I came back in the morning ready to do the session, I got caught up in a loop with the bot because I could not seem say the right thing to be connected to the tech. ![]() No problem, I could come back later and just give them the ticket number. ![]() They wanted to immediately do a remote session to figure it out but I didn't have the time to do it at the moment.
